I love Hailee, and think she was wonderful in her role providing childcare for both my son and later my daughter. She was punctual and reliable in offering care on the days we needed it. My children love her. She was attentive, creative, and very present with them while she watched them. She engaged them in music, art, games, and was quick to get outside and go for walks or play in our gardens. She helped get them snacks and sometimes full meals. She would read books for hours if that's what they wanted. She always had patience with the kids and was able to gently enforce boundaries and rules. Hailee was also safe; I could trust her to make good choices regarding my children and their activities. I am so grateful to have had Hailee's help with my children.
