About Hailee

Hi! Caring for children has been my passion for many years, and I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. My childcare journey began at 15 when I volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club, which led to my first babysitting job. Since then, I've nannied for three wonderful families and have been a preschool teacher since 2021. I have experience caring for children from infancy through school age, supporting their development through play, learning, and positive encouragement. I'm patient, dependable, creative, and enjoy building meaningful relationships with both children and parents. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care while giving families peace of mind. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family and help your little ones thrive!
