I’d like to recommend Hailee for any position she may pursue in the future. During her time with our family, Hailee has proven herself to be an exceptional caregiver. From the moment Hailee joined our family, she demonstrated dedication, care, and professionalism. Her warmth and affection towards both our toddler and our friend's toddler (we did a nanny share) were immediately evident, and she effortlessly established a bond with them that was both nurturing and genuine. Hailee has a remarkable ability to be present and engaged with the children, fostering an environment where they felt safe, supported, and loved. One of the qualities that truly sets Hailee apart is the way she is able to navigate any challenges or changes that arose in our routines. Hailee has proven herself to be incredibly adaptable, growing with us as we went through each transition from babyhood to toddlerhood; she was with us through learning to eat, dropping naps, learning to climb on stuff (yikes!), and even potty training. Hailee possesses a kindness and patience that are truly commendable. She approaches every situation with a calm and nurturing demeanor, creating a harmonious environment that allows our son to thrive. I firmly believe that her presence and interactions have played a significant role in his language development and overall well-being. Furthermore, Hailee has always been easy to work with, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with us as parents. She is self-sufficient and proactive, often taking initiative to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She has consistently shown up on time, never once causing us to doubt her commitment to her responsibilities. Perhaps most importantly, Hailee has become an integral part of our family.
