We hired Gwen with high hopes that she would be a good fit for our family and believed she was. Unfortunately on the 2nd day of her employment she texted that she was having car trouble. We told her no problem, get the car fixed. Day 3 she texted again stating her car would be fixed by the end of the week. Later on Day 3 we called her a couple of times (phone went straight to voicemail) and texted her in the late afternoon to ask if we could speak over the phone. We never heard from her again. I am sure she's a good kid just probably not suited to be a nanny in our opinion.
