For two years, I was the live-in caregiver and household manager for an elderly gentleman in Sacramento - his sole caregiver. I assisted with daily living, prepared meals, coordinated medical appointments, managed the household, and shared art therapy through painting (he was an artist). We became the closest of friends; his family is happy to share references. Earlier this year in San Diego, I cared for two more seniors privately: one with Alzheimer's/dementia and one with limited mobility - bringing patience, calm consistency, and careful attention to safety. I am also a California Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly a decade of TuiNa and gentle bodywork for seniors' comfort, circulation, and pain relief. As a certified Qigong and Tai Chi instructor, I guide gentle movement for balance and mobility. Warm, patient, discreet, and dependable. I speak English and Mandarin, and I am seeking a live-in role with a kind family.
