With a graduate degree and three years of experience providing care, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous roles have been incredibly positive, solidifying my desire to help others. I offer transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am patient, calm, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. When building a connection with a care recipient, understanding their preferences and personal history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I communicate with families through verbal updates or regular text or phone calls, following their preferred method. I have a car. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Knowing I can bring comfort and peace of mind to you and your loved ones brings me joy.
