With six years of experience, I have developed a patient and calm approach, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and happy. I believe open communication with parents is essential, so I make sure to follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. My approach to playtime is varied and engaging, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, and educational games that stimulate young minds. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with a wide range of age groups, from infants to preteens.
