I hired Lupe to work as a nanny in my home 6 months ago for a short term role, and I would certainly recommend her work. Lupe has demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our 15 month old daughter, M, and in keeping the house in working order. She is kind, trustworthy and great with children. Our daughter was not transitioning well to daycare, so we had to find a plan B for her care. We were extremely lucky to have perfect timing and found Lupe quickly. We knew from the moment we met her that we would be lucky to have her, so we didn't waste any time in offering her a role. She is kind, patient, loving and responsible. We have never had to worry for even a moment that our daughter was being cared for properly. Lupe has so much experience as a nanny, but also in raising her own children. She has never once been late or let us down, which seems rare these days! It is clear to me that working as a nanny is a passion for Lupe. She loves working with our daughter, and I see this manifest in her communication skills and care for our daughter. She keeps M occupied and most importantly, safe. She also takes our daughter to her twice weekly physical therapy appointments when we aren't able to attend ourselves. She takes M on outings to get out of the house regularly and we know our daughter loves going on adventures with her. Lupe has become a loved member of our family in such a short time and we are so sad to see her go. It is time for our daughter to go back to daycare and spread her wings. We hope to continue to hire her for babysitting, so it won't be goodbye!
