About Guadalupe

In Providence St. Elizabeth Care Center as a student completed 140 hours of clinical training as CNA I prepared patients for meals, set up each patient's tray and feed patients if necessary. Helped patients get ready for the day by assisting with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair care and shaving, assisting patients with elimination (bed pan, bathroom) as required. As a care giver I worked with a man for 13 years, he was a retired Cameras Director NBC, unfortunately, he passed away on July 2013, I took care a little boy 6 months old I took care of him for 2 years. I have references are available upon request. My last 2 patients one was a wonderful man 86 years old I spent 4 years taking care of him, I have references from his wife (retired nurse)and the other was a wonderful man too he was 94 years old with a spirit of 30's and I took care of him for 4 years too, I have references too. I have experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
