About Griselda

Hi! I'm Griselda, a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver who speaks English and Spanish. I started caring for children around age 15 and have experience as a lead teacher at an Academy in Ashburn. I know how much trust it takes to leave your child with someone, and I take that responsibility seriously. I make safety a priority, follow your family's routines, and keep you updated about your child's day. I take time to learn what comforts them, what makes them laugh, and how I can support their needs. I love making everyday moments special through stories, crafts, play, and encouragement. Whether we're learning something new or working through big feelings, I bring patience and kindness. My goal is for your child to feel safe, heard, and cared for, and for you to feel comfortable and confident while you're away. I love being on time, listening to parents, and creating a space where children can feel comfortable and express themselves. I'd love to meet your family!
