Griselda simply didn't show up one day. No calls, no messages, just decided not to show up after 1 month and then turn off her phone. We were nothing but nice to her even though she was not a good nanny and extremely unreliable. Within 1 month, she called in twice for strange circumstances. When she did show up, she was often late. We had to constantly encourage her to work on developmental exercises with the baby instead of parking him in front of a TV. We had to explain everything multiple times and even then, it either didn't register or she just didn't care. We had to repeatedly show her and direct her how to do her job. During the baby's naps she would just play on her phone. She could not have cared less about her job or the baby. She is very obviously not a children person. I highly discourage ever considering her for a position around children.
