Gretchen has taken care of our 9 month old daughter on many occasions. She is very reliable, caring and enthusiastic about her job. Not only is she excellent at taking care of children she is great with pets. She frequently takes our dog out for walks and plays with our cats. Gretchen will also help out with chores around the house when our daughter is napping. She keeps detailed notes about our daughter's daily activities and fun moments. It is such a joy to read the journal at the end of our work day. Gretchen is very playful, she sings, talks to and plays music for our little girl. She goes out of her way to provide our daughter with fun activities to do, such as bubbles and setting out pots for her to play with. When our daughter is upset she comforts and cuddles her. She is very compassionate and truly cares about our daughter. It is such a relief to leave our daughter with someone we trust and know will take excellent care of her.
