About Gracie

Hello! I am Gracie and I have been providing child care for 3 now to all types of children especially the ones with neurodivergence. Currently, I am employed from 8am-2pm; Monday through Friday as a Behavioral Technician. I am a student pursuing a degree as Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The knowledge that I have gained as a student has greatly helped me understand child development and how to support positive behavior. I have always considered myself as a calm, patient, and communicative person. And I strongly believe these qualities will enable me to develop a good rapport with children and their parents. It is my aim to provide a caring, fun and safe environment to all the children. Also, as a professional caregiver, I understand the importance of being able to communicate freely with the parents and ensuring that they feel comfortable and well-informed while their child is in my care.
