About Grace

I'd describe my personality as kind, outgoing, and respectful. I like working with kids because as the oldest sister, I have developed a love for watching kids grow and helping them gain tools to be kind, well rounded adult! I started working with kids when I was 15 at a local afterschool program (children 4-12 years of age). This experience is valuable to me as it allowed me to create and execute both physical and developmental activities for a large age range as well as develop conflict resolution and de-escalation skills that are effective for children of all ages and cognitive abilities. I spend a majority of my spare time either being active or being social! You can find me at a gym or pilates studio as well as with friends at the beach or the rink, depending on the season. In addition to these items, I am a business student at the University of Minnesota, meaning that a fair amount of library studying is thrown into the mix.
