Hi there! My name is Gracie! I'm currently pursuing a Master of Social Work with the end goal of becoming a therapist. I'm enrolled in the online program, which gives me plenty of time to be a nanny. I have a passion for children and helping them feel their best gives me a sense of purpose. I like to have fun with them and engage in activities with the kids rather than passively watch them. I previously nannied for a 4-year-old boy. I have limited experience with a 10-month-old girl, and much experience with older kids. I am more than happy to give their mom's contact as a reference. I'm first-aid and CPR certified for infants, children, and adults through the Red Cross. I am somewhat knowledgeable in child psychology & development. She genuinely engages with kids on their level and takes an interest in who they are, rather than simply keeping them occupied. Grace is calm, caring, attentive, and incredibly sincere. She has a natural way of connecting with children, and my son was always relaxed and happy around her. She was genuinely interested in his ideas and getting to know him, and their time together felt like much more than childcare. They truly had a special connection! Grace is smart, dependable, and the kind of person who makes people feel seen. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their children.
