My name is Grace. I am 19 years old and live in Noblesville. I currently attend Ball State University and am majoring in elementary education. I am in the honors program and was selected to be a peer mentor in the 2023 academic year. I graduated from Heritage Christian High School in 2022 with honors and a 3. 9 GPA. I was in the National Honors Society and tutored peers who needed additional academic assistance. I have at least 5 years of experience working with children from infants to elementary school age. In addition to various babysitting opportunities, I've worked in a church nursery and currently work for an after-school program and as a camp counselor during the summer I can assist with tutoring, housekeeping, and any other tasks as needed. Grace was fantastic with the kids and a joy to work with. She was outgoing and willing to jump in where needed. Grace also would see a need and just take care of it which was a huge help on low volunteer days. She doesn't require hand holding, she just took care of things.
