About Grace

Hello! My name is Grace, and I'm a fun, outgoing, energetic babysitter with over 8 years of experience babysitting and working with children in a professional setting. I'll be working as a Special Education teacher in Arlington, VA for the 2024-25 school year so I'm available for the summer or after school/weekends. Prior to teaching I was a lifeguard for 4 years and I tutored ESOL students in college, so I'd be happy to help with swimming lessons or tutoring as well. I'm all about taking kids to parks and pools, doing crafts, and having movie nights. In my spare time I like reading, hiking, swimming, spending time with family, and traveling (I've been lucky enough to travel quite a bit while I lived in Spain this past year!). I love working with kids and hope to build a strong and lasting relationship with a family!
