Grace worked for us from February through July 2016. She was our care provider 5 days a week and ALWAYS on time (early!). Our son has medical issues-Grace managed his schedule perfectly. She would make sure he got his nap, meds. She everything kept on schedule. We took Grace back east with us so our son could see a specialist (along with our newborn). She helped care for our new born, packed for us, did everything and more. It would had been an entirely different trip (much worse) if Grace was not our nanny. Whenever we talk about Grace, J. says "they'd be a fool not to hire her." She has totally got it together.
