About Grace

Hi! My name is Grace, and I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. I'll be moving to Chicago in August to begin graduate school. I've been babysitting since I was 13 and have experience caring for children of all ages. I've also spent summers working as a lead camp counselor. Working with children has always been something I enjoy, and I love getting to know each child's unique personality. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and my background in social work has given me valuable experience in supporting development. My goal is to become a play therapist in the future, so I am very passionate about working with children and helping them feel cared for. I strive to create a fun environment for every child I work with. Whether that means playing outside, doing crafts, baking, or planning activities based on each child's interests. I am available now until my move and would be happy to discuss your family's specific needs!
