About Grace

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, outgoing, and down to earth. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them grow and believe they help me do the same. I'm looking for a job where I can build connections with both the children and their parents, ensuring trust. I started working with kids when I would babysit my younger brothers and their friends all at once. Both of my parents worked so I was often in charge of my brothers. I realized I really enjoyed watching younger kids. In my spare time, I like to bake, spend time with family and friends, paint and draw, read, and watch true crime documentaries. One thing you should know about me is that I come from a huge Irish family. I think my family life has shaped me into a natural caretaker, as I am the oldest of all the cousins. I learned to take care of people from a young age; why I believe I enjoy babysitting so much! My skills include listening, attentiveness, and prioritizing the needs of each child.
