About Grace

I worked with a patient with dementia for four years and last year in March I received a Certificate as the best caregiver of the month. I bonded so well with the patient that and I was training the new caregivers who joined us. I was able to put the client into a bedtime routine which works even today. Before that she wouldn't sleep at night and kept getting up and wandering around at night. I am able to work in a stressful situation and am a fast thinker trying to get solutions if something poops up and needs quick attention. I put the safety of my patients fast and makes sure they are comfortable with me. I am a good listener and a good communicator respecting my job applying all the skills I have been taught.
