I have about 9 years of paid nanny experience and a passion for caring for young kids! I started babysitting when I was about 12 years old, and have nannied for numerous families since. I have long term relationships with these families, helping them out with childcare, transportation, cleaning, preparing food, and traveling with them on vacations. I was also a full time nanny for a polish family in Switzerland during my gap year! Most of my nanny experience is with infants & toddlers, ages 4mo- 4years. I also have experience with older kids and am comfortable caring for all ages. Regular updates and transparent communication is key for me! I like to send photos to parents of what we are up to throughout the day, and give little updates. With older kids I think setting clear but also gentle boundaries is important, helping them feel in their normal routine even when their regular caretaker isn't with them. I am very comfortable keeping household rules that are already in place.
