My formal and reserved nature allows me to effectively manage children while respecting their individuality. When it comes to communicating with parents, I adapt to their preferred methods to ensure open and transparent dialogue about their child's day. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children to understand boundaries and responsibilities. Technology-based games and apps are my go-to choices for playtime, as they offer interactive and educational experiences. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various age groups, from infants to preteens. With some high school education and CPR training under my belt, I'm equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
