About Grace

I'd describe my personality as kind, fun-loving, and hard working. I like working with kids because their minds amaze me. I love seeing how they experience the world around them. I'm looking for a job that is flexible yet consistent. I started working with kids when I was 14. I have done lots of volunteer work like coaching and after school programs but I have also worked as a BHP and in a special needs school. In my spare time, I like to exercise and spend time outside. One thing you should know about me is I am dependable and personable which makes me a good candidate to work with a family. I have had a lot of experience working alongside parents to give their children the best possible care. My skills include being confident and composed under pressure as well as the ability to think on my feet. I am imaginative and creative. I have worked with children with special needs for 3 years so I am knowledgeable when it comes to AAC devices as well as behavioral protocols.
