About Grace

I'd describe my personality as patient, energetic and organized. I love working with kids because they have such a wonderful perspective as they experience the world for the first time, and I can always learn something from them. Plus, working with kiddos can be many things but it is NEVER boring! I like to have time to chat with the caregivers for a few minutes before they leave to go over house rules, safety and anything they would like me to do with the kids or in the house. I love repeat clients and building a relationship with a family, but I definitely don't mind jumping in for a one-time job. I started working with kids in 2017 at a church day camp, and fell in love with it! I have since worked at a gymnastics center, babysat, coached, and am now in college pursuing a degree in education. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my family and my dog, read, and go to the beach. A fun fact about me is that I'm on the VT competitive club cheer team!
