About Grace

My name is Grace, I'm 18 years old, and I'm from Martinez. I'm looking for work as a nanny or babysitter. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient, and caring. I have always had a passion for working with kids and caregiving. I've had many positive experiences while babysitting which have only motivated me to do it more. I think that working with kids is extremely rewarding and fun! I started babysitting when I was 13 years old, but I have been working in childcare consistently for about 2 years. I have worked at a summer camp, babysat, and volunteered as a counselor for 5th grade camp. My skills include setting boundaries, being firm but also patient and understanding, and forming positive, productive connections with the kids. In my spare time I like to read, write, listen to music, and go for walks or hikes! I love anything outdoors, especially the beach. I also love sports, like football and baseball. I'm in school until June, after that I will have more availability!
