About Grace

Hey everyone! My name is Grace and I am a recent graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill. This summer, before moving to pursue my career in Public Relations, I am looking to assist lovely families in the community in whatever way I can and intend to be available nearly 24/7! I have volunteered as an AP/IB tutor in the subjects of Science, English, Spanish, History, Business and Art. I have extensive experience helping students nearing high-school graduation with developing essays and finalizing applications. Outside of the classroom I have coached a variety of volleyball teams and love music in all forms (vocal lessons and guitar). I pride myself on my ability to help engage students in creative and interactive lesson plans that take an empathetic listening approach to ensure they feel supported as they work to reach their goals! Growing up with 5 siblings I've worked with a variety of learning styles and find it absolutely fulfilling to help kids achieve in whatever way I can :)
