About Grace

Nurturing young minds is a a passion of mine. I started babysitting when I was 11 years old when my first niece was born. I worked as a preschool teacher in the late 80's. Four years ago I went back to being a preschool teacher. Best decision I made in a long time. I truly love it! I'm dedicated to providing enriching care for children aged 1-4. I have completed Early Child Development Coursework and continue to do so. I'm also certified in CPR Training. My approach is patient, calm, creative, fun and friendly. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor games, music, crafts, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for one or two children at a time and always follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules. Open communication is key, and I adapt to your preferred method, whether it's verbal updates or texts. Ultimately, I aim to make a positive impact, one playful day at a time. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and experience to your family.
