About Grace

As an experienced childcare provider with three years in the field and current work, I am passionate about fostering a nurturing environment where children thrive. My journey into caregiving started back in high school and I now work as Behavioral Therapist in a local ABA clinic! My approach to childcare is rooted in patience and understanding, combined with a creative and imaginative spirit. Open and honest communication is key to building trust with parents, ensuring that I am aligned with their expectations for their children's care. When it comes to household rules, I am comfortable enforcing them and certainly following parents preferences! A few of my favorite things to do are be outdoors, play games, read books and I love to incorporate these into my work with kids!
