About Grace

Over the past 6 years I've worked as a tutor, working with kids of all ages particularly elementary and middle school. During college and for a bit after I tutored regularly at Mighty Writers a local after-school program for kids, working with kids to improve their reading and writing abilities. I've also taught songwriting and theater workshops to kids, and absolutely love getting creative with school-based activities. Maybe it's acting out the book you have to read for school or creating a detailed story and then working together on the best way to write it. I also have a background as a singer/songwriter & have worked Off-Broadway as well. I look forward to learning more about your child's needs and working with them to not only learn the material at hand, but have fun doing it too!
