Hello. My experience for caring for seniors has expanded for over 20+ years. Caring for seniors has been a passion of mine for many years helping and working with the seniors. I am a CNA and a CMT. I am a graduate of Bowie State University. I am very patient, easy going, and I have a lot of compassion for seniors and their needs. Assisting with walking and light exercise. Plan and prepare meals, followed by clean-up. Monitor food expiration dates, make future meals. Make beds and change linens, as needed. Light housekeeping to include dusting and vacuuming. Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming. Laundry and ironing. Take out garbage. Run errands (pickup prescriptions, dry cleaning). Engage in physical and mental exercises. I have many references and look forward to an opportunity to interviewing and caring for your loved one.

There are truly no words that can articulate how wonderful Gloria is. My brother and I hired her to help us care for our father who had a massive stroke in April. We tried desperately to care for him at home and Gloria came in and made it all possible. Unfortunately, his situation progressed and he is now in need of 24 hr medical care in a nursing facility. BUT Gloria is now part of our family and still continues to visit Dad. Aside from her heart of gold, she's smart, steady thinking, experienced, strong, motivated, tireless, prompt, honest, and keenly aware of how to care for a senior with love and compassion. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and letting her go was the hardest part of moving Dad. To be able to say that Gloria was the only person I could leave my Dad with and get on with my life without a worry or concern is something. She's our blessing.
