I am currently a Middle School teacher. I have taught language arts, math, social studies, and science 6-8th-grade curriculum. I enjoy working on STEM activities with the students and do inquiry-based/project based projects. I include cross-curricular content in the projects I do with my students. My philosophy of teaching is making sure the students learn by using tactile and kinesthetic learning approaches. Students learn better when learning is taking place by using physical activities/hands-on activities. When it comes to studying and preparing to test, I use various methods for students to remember the content knowledge. Being a special education teacher, I use various tactile methods to help my different learners meet their goal.
