About Gloria

During COVID I started working as a companion. Different but similar to the 24/7 position I had as a personal assistant. I really enjoyed the clients I had. Some just needed a companion in the home with them, or a light dinner, a ride to an appointment. My last woman became a widow while we were together. Her family hired me to spend 4 hours a day with her. We had so much fun. We'd go out for lunch, or a ride, to a DR appt or hairdresser, or just stay home and watch game shows. I kept her talking which helped her going thru her grief. I like caring for seniors because probably because I can relate. For my age which I will disclose if we meet, I think young, act young, look younger than I am.... and I have the life experience to relate to a senior. I'm looking for a job that I can be a companion to a senior. I will show up happy, engage, and look forward to spending time relating and telling stories and being a valuable part of someone's day.
