We have been so thankful for Gloria's work with my 94 year-old mom. She's punctual, flexible, and communicative. Most importantly, she provides the best care to my mom. My mom can be pretty stubborn and hard to win over, but Gloria established a rapport with her almost immediately. She got to know my mom's likes/dislikes, and she often goes above and beyond to do little extra things to make my mom happy. She comes in every day with a big smile and consistent, positive energy. She takes detailed notes and makes practical, helpful suggestions to help us do things more safely and effectively. Plus she keeps the house clean and organized. Gloria is the best-I can't recommend her highly enough!
