Caring for seniors is truly my passion! While I have a special place in my heart for those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, I love helping seniors of all needs and abilities feel safe, valued, and cared for. I have over 30 years of experience as a CNA and companion in nursing homes and private homes, including care for individuals with Alzheimer's, frontotemporal, Lewy body, and vascular dementia. I'm also trained in restorative care. I've been described as compassionate, empathetic, patient, trustworthy, and friendly. To me, caregiving is about more than daily tasks. It's about dignity, companionship, laughter, and helping someone feel comfortable and independent in their own home. Don't be surprised if I become best friends with your loved one!
