I have great empathy for elder care, providing companionship, respite care, light housekeeping, cooking, administer medication and transportation to medical appointments or events. I took care of an Alzheimer's client for 16 months, planning activities to keep her engaged and getting her up to walk for exercise. I have lots of patience and a very caring heart. I filled in for Stacey as a caregiver while she was on vacation. Also, took care of my son for 15 months while he went through chemo and radiation for stage 4 colon cancer and his two Great Danes. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with cancer in January of this year. I am retired and can be very flexible with my schedule.
