15 yrs of misc. household needs & appts with 1 family. To bedside care up to overnight care for less mobility restricted clients for over 25-30 yrs. I believe our elders are a tower of knowledge and deserve so much respect but rarely given. We are all human with tremendous amounts of feelings not often shared. Having someone beside you to extend your love and concerns is a lovely gift! Helps you sleep a bit more peacefully knowing someone has your back and getting you thru these dark times. I can take care of your little ones. Growing up at age 10 + being #6 of 6 siblings, our 2 car garage was changed into a 2 bedroom apt for my grandparents. They were my 1st and last people I spoke to before and after school daily. Extremely hard on my mother as dementia set in on them. Besides the cows , pigs and 70+ dogs we raised. Our vet taught us medications and how/why they get administered. Being a nurse was all I ever wanted. This keeps me close to that.
