Our son breaks into a big smile every time he sees Gladys. She has been a patient, caring and dependable presence for him since he was about 5 months old. She arrives on time, plays with him all day, and takes him to libraries for story time and on walks. She has been great with troubleshooting issues with his napping and feeding. When he is upset, she rocks him to sleep or makes sure he is fed. Working from home, I have hardly ever noticed him crying while under her care. Gladys is also very flexible with our changing schedule and travel needs. We have been very grateful for her assistance in the early months of raising our baby!
