About Gladys

Gladys has truly been a wonderful nanny for our daughter. She has provided loving, dependable, and attentive care; treating our child as if she were her own. We have been extremely grateful for the warmth, trust, and care she has brought into our home each day. Gladys has done an excellent job following our daughter’s schedules and routines, that are ever changing, which has given us great confidence and consistency as parents. She is thoughtful about our daughters likes/dislikes and engages in activities she enjoys, as well as helping with all the baby milestones. She sends photos and updates us on the new things she’s watched our daughter learn, and is truly engaged with her every minute she’s under her care. Our daughter’s joy around Gladys says so much: she greets her with claps and giggles each morning, clearly excited that Gladys is here. Outside of our daughter’s care, Gladys has been extremely helpful around the house during nap times. She consistently helps with baby laundry, washing dishes, cleaning up, and taking care of other small household tasks without needing to be asked. She also has been flexible with her availability and accommodating any schedule changes we needed. Her reliability and willingness to help have made a meaningful difference in our daily lives as new parents. We will truly miss Gladys. The only reason our time with her is ending is that our daughter is transitioning to daycare. Any family would be fortunate to have Gladys caring for their child, she will become part of your family.
