A friend recommended Gladwell, and I was looking for a Personal care assistant for my mom. I hired PCA before, but Gladwell is the best I ever had. She's punctual, nice to my mom, and a very hard working person. My mom loves her so much, she talks about her most of the time when Gladwell is not there. We are very happy with her!
