About Gladiminia

Hi! My name is Gladiminia, and I love working with children! I've been caring for and working with kids since I was a senior in high school. I graduated and studied Social Work. I worked as a first-grade teacher in New Jersey for about a year, gaining hands-on experience supporting young children academically, socially, and emotionally. After moving to Florida, I worked as a Case Manager for about two years with an after-school program serving children from elementary school through middle school. I worked closely with students and families, supported children's individual needs, and helped create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. I'm patient, nurturing, responsible, and attentive. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
