I'd describe my personality as honest, adaptable, and reliable. I like working with kids because it can be very rewarding. Everyday is different and you have to get creative on how to make the day not only entertaining but enriching. It's truly a joy to witness kids use their imagination and creativity. I'm looking for a job that is reliable and has open communication. Having clear guidelines and expectations. I started working with kids when I was in college. I have babysat for kids ages 0-5 years old. I volunteered for a few years as a kindergarten aide. For 5 years I worked at an after school program for kids and young adults with Autism. Where I started off as an aide and later on became a program manager. I currently work as a clinical researcher at a brain injury rehabilitation clinic. My skills include reliability, patience, and flexibility.
