About Giselle

My motivation to become a caregiver comes from growing up with my grandparents, who played a major role in my life. Being around them taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of supporting others. Seeing how meaningful attentive and trustworthy care can be inspired me to give back and support others in the same way. I would describe my personality as patient, calm, and compassionate, even in challenging situations. I'm empathetic, friendly, and approachable, which helps me build strong connections, while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail to ensure safe, quality care. When building a connection with a care patient, earning trust through consistency, respect, and reliability is essential. I prioritize respecting their independence and dignity while learning their preferences and personal history. This allows me to create a comfortable, safe environment where they feel valued and understood.
