Giselle has been an incredible gift to our family. She has worked with us for over 2.5 years, and her warmth and positivity have brought so much joy to our home. Giselle treats our children as if they were her own, always ensuring they feel loved, safe, and happy. She began caring for our toddler when she was just 7 months old, and has looked after our baby since we brought her home from the hospital. The kids absolutely adore her, lighting up whenever she arrives and excitedly looking forward to their time together. Giselle is not only playful and engaging, but she's also highly responsible. She has taken charge of meals, bath time, and bedtime routines, as well as pick-ups and drop-offs from daycare. She’s always been there when the kids needed her most, whether it was a doctor’s visit or administering medication when they were unwell. We trusted her completely, even with full-day outings around the city, confidently navigating buses and trains. Giselle has truly become part of our family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
