About Giovanna

Hi families! My name is Giovanna (Gio for short) and I have over 8 years of experience with children in different settings, from daycare, to schools and nannying (infants to teens). As a nanny, I love taking the kids out of the house! Zoo, playgrounds, exploring the great outdoors, beaches, parks, museums, community centers... you name it! In my work, I believe in being playful, a good example, goofy, and loving. I believe in active listening looking children in the eyes and seeing them as who they truly are, not who we want them to be. I also believe that rules are important and teaching kids to be respectful! I like to think I help children explore the world in their own way, asking questions, redirecting, and guiding when necessary. If you feel like we're a good fit, let's chat!
