Hello! I am seeking a new care client. I have been working with seniors for the last 14 years. My degree and background are in Early Childhood and Waldorf Education. I also have training in Asian bodywork. My first long term care client had dementia, and I provided companionship and care for her (and more recently her husband) for nearly six years, including playing scrabble, natural foods cooking, shopping, outings, activities- quiet at home as well as active. Since then I have provided care for a person with early onset Alzheimer's, a person with vision loss, and recently a person with Parkinson's/LBD who I helped guide through the maze of her health care appointments, plus cooking, massage, care and encouragement.
