About Ginger

I genuinely love working with children and have over five years of childcare experience. I currently work as a behavior therapist supporting children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and other cognitive and behavioral needs. I've cared for children from newborns to teenagers and have developed strong skills in patience, communication, emotional support, and behavior management. I hold 2 college degrees and have completed coursework in Early Child Development, along with First Aid and CPR training. I'm calm, dependable, and creative, and I enjoy keeping kids engaged through activities. If your little one is interested in learning something new, I do private piano lessons as well! I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once, following household routines, and adapting to different parenting styles. I value open communication with families and strive to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for every child in my care.
