About Ginger

Hi. My name is Ginger. I have a B. A. in psychology and a M. A. in special education. I've worked with children in my different settings but I enjoy being a nanny most of all. I love the relationships that are developed between the families and myself. I've worked with children from 4 months to 15 years old. I feel that kids need to learn responsibility, how to rely and feel positive about themselves. I admit when I am wrong for them to learn that it's okay to be wrong. I keep my promises and if for some reason I am unable to, I will reschedule. To me, it's most important for kids to feel safe, that they can trust me and that I am there for them. I care deeply for the families I work with. I am a very honest, patient and reliable person. I hope to make a difference with the children that I work with.
