Gina was my son's caretaker for nearly 1.5 years when he was in Montessori school (from 3 months to 19 months old). She not only has professional training, she has decades of experience in childcare. You can expect Gina to be attentive to your child's needs, challenge them to rise to their fullest potential, and provide the guidance they need to grow and learn. She is supportive of parent's preferences, and is a great communicator when she or you have questions. I would have her care for my son every single day if I could! You will be very pleased with the exceptional care she provides to your child(ren)!
