I am crafty. I have a lot of energy. I'm silly and have a great experience with my young teen in tween nieces and nephews. One of which is on the autism spectrum. I have other special needs kids in our family, so I am used to working with kids who require special attention. And I would love to be able to support and partner with your family.

Gina did an excellent job caring for our 3.5yo and 8mo children, giving us a night off. There was some initial trouble with the 3.5yo warming up to Gina, as she (the child) is shy and jealous of attention paid to the baby, but Gina did a great job getting the baby down for a nap. Once she did, and was able to focus on the 3.5yo, they had a blast together. She even asked to see "Miss Gina" again the following morning, so we would absolutely hire again. Gina was also fully ready to help with dishes and laundry, but was not given a lot of time to focus on these due to the kids' schedules that night.
